HOW TO ORDER

• ONLINE: Following your online order submission, we will quickly review and contact you back to complete your order with shipping and payment details. (NOTE: PAYMENT INFORMATION IS NOT ASKED FOR ONLINE.) Please include a call-back telephone number where we can contact you the same day or next day between 10am-4:30pm CST. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours please contact us by phone, e-mail, or via our contact page. (All international customers must call or send e-mail orders .) We are currently working on a automated processing system!

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Accepted. (Please be prepared to provide the last three digits on the back of your credit card.)

• C.O.D.: Money orders or certified checks only, sorry no personal checks. All C.O.D. packages are subject to a COD fee per box in addition to freight charges.

• Charge (Net 30 Terms): Available upon credit approval. A company or organization officially issued company Purchase Order (PO) for open accounts will be required. Please call for more information.

• Pre-payment: Company/Personal Bank Checks or Money Orders. Please call for shipping total to include in payment. Orders will be shipped after check(s) have been cleared at our bank. Note: A $25.00 NSF fee will be charged on returned checks.

Note: All Payments must be in U.S. Funds.

ORDER MINIMUMS

There is a purchase minimum of $25.00 per order. First time wholesale buyers have a minimum purchase of $200.00. (We reserve the right to change prices of merchandise without notice.)

CANCELLATIONS

If merchandise is willing fully rejected or negligently returned (shipping carrier only makes three delivery tries before return) by the purchasing customer upon delivery without a valid reason, the full incurred freight charges and a 15% restocking fee will be billed to the purchaser. Please, cancel all orders before they are shipped out. Call for more information!

EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY (Damaged Merchandise)

To keep product prices low all sales are final. There are no refunds. Please cancel all orders before they are shipped out. Please check all merchandise upon arrival. Call for details!

• DAMAGES- If you find that the merchandise was damaged please notify delivery person or freight carrier and FIESTA ON™ MAIN immediately and keep all damaged boxes with contents inside for carrier claim inspection. Failure to act may result in a loss of claim with the freight company. Please note that insurance claims through the carriers will only pay for your cost of damaged item(s) only (Up to $100). If a significant amount of items are damaged a shipping charge claim can be submitted. Please contact DHL (DHL.Com) for more details.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.): Most of our products are shipped by Ground Service F.O.B. San Antonio, Texas. Shipping charges are based on actual cost by weight and destination according to current shipping carrier rates plus handling. If you rather use a specific company please have your selected carrier account number ready so that the charges are directly billed to you (pick up fees may apply by carrier company). SORRY NO APOs OR P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.

 

International Shipping (Outside Continental US): Please be aware that standard shipping (Ground Service) may not be available to your country (or State) so air services will have to be chartered. SORRY NO APOs OR PO BOX ADDRESSES.

• Exporting / Importing Fees: All international shipments are subject to broker, tax and duty fees depending on country of destination. All fees (if any) will be processed at destination country and billed to the consignee (receiver) upon country port arrival. Freight charges do not include these extra broker, tax and duty fees, if applicable. FIESTA ON™ MAIN will not be responsible for any broker, tax and duty fees. Please call your local customs office for more information.

• Exporting / Importing Documentation: We will file the necessary SED and U.S. Customs Forms for export from the United States. All importing documentation (if any is needed) will have to be provided by your customs broker, contracted customs broker (all major freight carriers have this service), or yourself at time of country port entry. FIESTA ON™ MAIN will not be responsible for any custom entry delays, fees, taxes, or duties. Please call your local customs office for more information.

• Due to circumstances beyond our control, all prices, colors, packaging and minimum quantities are subject to change without notice. Please contact us if you need a certain item to have the same color(s) pictured in our web site or documentation.

• All sizes published in our web site and documentation are approximate. Most of our items are hand made by gifted artisans and are subject to slight differences in appearance, shape and dimensions. These slight differences are what makes these items unique. Please, appreciate the art made by hand.

• To conserve the Earth and reduce your shipping costs all boxes and containers sent out with your merchandise are recycled and/or are re-used boxes. The boxes were previously used or originated from our warehouse and storage operations. Please disregard all writing or unit quantities imprinted or stated on the box. Refer to the receipt or invoice attached to the box for package content and quantities.
