FIESTA AT NORTH STAR® - FIESTA HEADQUARTERS

Fiesta At North Star

FIESTA AT NORTH STAR® is our main distribution and wholesale location (Retail customers also welcome!). It is located behind North Star Mall directly accross Forever 21 on West Rector Street (only 15 minutes by car from Downtown and from our Central San Antonio location). Similar to Fiesta On Main®, the store's showroom displays change with different merchandise seasonally and monthly. Because our merchandise is so unique (almost everything is hand made) we recommend visiting both of our locations to view of all of the merchandise that we have available.

FIESTA ON MAIN® GALLERY AND VENUE (INSIDE FIESTA AT NORTH STAR ON SECOND FLOOR)

Fiesta On Main and Venue

Fiesta On Main® Gallery is now our folk art and fine arts gallery located on the east wing of our second floor inside our Fiesta At North Star® location. All of our Fiesta On Main folk art items have been transferred to this unique gallery. The gallery will also serve as a 200 maximum people venue where you can book your event or party. The gallery will be open to the public upon request or by visiting our Dia De Los Muertos Museum. Due to the pandemic our original store on Main Ave will be relocated on our second floor of our Fiesta At North Star® location. All of our Latin American popular art for every season, clothing (for children, men, and women), fiesta supplies, and many other cultural products will be combined in our 1st and 2nd floor of our Fiesta At North Star® location.

DIA DE LOS MUERTOS MUSEUM® (INSIDE FIESTA AT NORTH STAR ON SECOND FLOOR)

DIA DE LOS MUERTOS GALLERY

The Museum is located inside Fiesta At North Star® building on the east wing of the second level (Elevator Available to Second Floor). The Museum is the culmination of our company’s work and service for the past 30+ years. We wanted to share a little bit of our experiences and unique art to all of San Antonio and the World. All of the decorations and hand made art pieces are from our own private collection which we have spent more than 26 years collecting and curating. Some of the pieces are from Master Artists in Mexico or artist that have discontinued their work. Our Dia De Muertos Exhibit is a sensory experience with light effects and pre-columbian music. The permanent exhibit includes a video explanation of the tradition’s complex history. Access to our History Rooms and our Main Gallery where you can visit 13 unique and detailed ofrendas (altars) dedicated to different people. Catrina, our virtual video guide, will explain Dia de Muertos’ complex history and how it is celebrated today. If you catch the live performance (check for availability for the day), you will get an emotional interpretation of “La Llorona” song and a brief explanation of how this famous folktale relates to Dia De Muertos. Finally, you will have an option of watching a “Discover Mexico” video that portrays Mexico’s beautiful heritage beyond Dia de Muertos. All segments of the video presentations and live performances last up to 40 mins but you can skip any of them, as this is a self tour, or stay if you missed one.
